Auxiliary Air Valve

The AAV is a slippery little sucker. The bulb extends into the coolant gallery, and a piston is driven in and out to restrict or allow air for fuel mixture based on engine temperature. Much cleaning, soaking and dissolving, followed by heating and cooling, using the kettle and the freezer, brought it back into service. Yay!
